In these Terms and Conditions:  We, us, our means:

  • if the Product was purchased in Australia – Nutristar Solutions Pty Ltd   of  51 Crannock Court, FORESTDALE  QLD  AUSTRALIA  or

  • if the Product is purchased in New Zealand – Surgical Plus Ltd of Greytown, WAIRAIAPA, NEW ZEALAND


Our Offer

Offer means our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, which offered to you under these Terms and Conditions.

Product means any of the following Nutristar Solutions Pty Ltd products:

  •  Nutrifuel Plus with Astaxanthin - Soluble Oral Multivitamin & Anti Oxidant Powder

  •  Nutrichew - Chewable Multivitamin and Multivitamin Tablet.

You, your, yours means you, if you are a resident of Australia or New Zealand and you:

  • have purchased a Product directly from us (through telephone, online, or our Partner sales channels); and

  • make a claim for the Offer within 30 days of that purchase date.


We’re providing you with this Offer because we stand behind our branded Products, have faith that they are fit for purpose , will aid your general wellbeing and we would like you to try them risk free. If for some reason our Product is not for you, then you’ll get your money back.


Please note though, that if you haven’t complied with our Product Terms of Use, have purchased them outside the terms of our Offer or if in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offer that you’re not reasonably entitled to, your Offer claim won’t be accepted.

You agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to any claim for the Offer.


  1. You may only claim the Offer within 30 days of the date that you purchased the Product.

  2. To claim the Offer, you need to return the product and contact:


You must provide us with the following information to validate your claim:

  1. Your full name:

  2. Your Email address;

  3. What you purchased;

  4. Where you purchased the product from

  5. The Product batch number; and

  6. The reason that you’re claiming the Offer.


Any charges that you incur in contacting us about the Offer are your responsibility.


  • If you claim under the Offer you can choose to exchange your Product for an alternative Product manufactured by Nutristar Solutions Pty Ltd instead of receiving a full refund of the purchase price. You’ll either be issued with a partial refund or you’ll be asked to pay the difference in cost, depending on whether the replacement Product is cheaper or more expensive than the original Product. For example if you claim the Offer for a Product worth $40, and want to exchange it for a less expensive Product worth $20, we will refund you $20.

  • Your refund will be credited to the credit card that you used to purchase the Product. If you used a payment method other than credit card to purchase the Product, the refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer; and

  • We will not refund any freight charges incurred by you in in receiving a Product or returning it to us.  

  • Please allow 28 days from the date that we accept the claim for us to pay you the refund.



After your claim is accepted and you have received your refund, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • You are limited to one claim every 6 months.

  • An individual claim can relate to multiple Products of the same type but if you have claimed in the previous 6 months only un-opened unused product suitable for resale will be subject to a refund.

  • Our decision on all matters relating to the Offer is final. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions or discontinue the Offer at any time. If we discontinue the Offer we will still process claims made before that date and issue refunds if those claims are accepted.

  • The Offer is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights (including, if you live in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law).
